Description

The setting

While this property is only a few miles north of town, it is truly isolated. The woods are undeveloped, full of old oaks, deer, turkey, and rabbits. You might see the occasional horse or cow if you get close to the north fence, but otherwise it's a complete break from civilization.

The spots

The land is gentle slopes thick with old oaks and thick undergrowth. I've cleared a couple paths and spots for tents, but largely the land has not been touched for years. Currently there are no amenities other than a healthy supply of firewood.

The activities

There is little to do in Buffalo, but this property is close to a number of good fishing sites, including Pomme de Terre lake and Lake of the Ozarks.

Rules

Please bring any trash back out out with you (you can use our trash can). There is a house on the property if there is an emergency. Children and we'll behaved pets are welcome. Alcohol is okay, though it's best to keep the noise down and not annoy the neighbor's horses :)
