Description

We moved to the charming village of Les Iffs in 2003, and cyclists arriving from the Canal d'Ille et Rance will find us only 5 km away. The village is 20 kms north of Rennes and 30 kms from Saint-Malo. Ideally located 4 kms from the four-lane motorway, our four guest rooms have been welcoming travellers since 2008. We're open to gamblers, because we're fans of this type of accommodation, where simplicity and friendly encounters are the order of the day. We look forward to welcoming you!

The setting

The house is located 4 km from the Rennes-Saint Malo motorway, in a village with a rich heritage, including a medieval castle with a drawbridge.
The 6,000 m2 plot has a dozen pitches protected by trees, allowing you to enjoy the sun and coolness of your tent. The village is very quiet, and we do our utmost to maintain this quality so that we can cohabit well with our customers, who also come to our chambres d'hotes.

The spots

Each 80 m2 pitch has a fruit tree providing shade and coolness. You can also pitch your tent in the undergrowth for a change of scenery. We also rent tents for two to four people.
The grassy site is flat throughout and very easy to access.
We want children to enjoy this 6000 m2 area, so we've equipped it with a trampoline and BMX court. Fruit trees - cherry, plum, apple and pear - adorn the grounds.

The sanitary facilities

It is possible to use the shower and toilet on the 1st floor of the house: bathroom, double washbasin and toilet.

The cost of the shower is one euro per adult, free for children.

The activities

Saint-Malo and the Emerald Coast are thirty minutes away. Take the company les bateaux rouges and take a mini-cruise to St Malo Dinard. Go to the magnificent sandy beach of St Lunaire and continue on to the Emerald Balcony. Take a dolphin watching trip off cancale with the al'ark association.
Inland, the medieval town of Dinan is well worth a visit, and you'll need to travel up the Rance from St Malo to get to Dinan. 40 minutes from the house is the forest of Broceliande, with the legend of King Arthur, as well as Mont St Michel and the magnificent son et lumières 2023 for the abbey's 1000th anniversary.
