  • Rather pleasant location and decent facilities for an overnight stay, but the distant, even unpleasant welcome doesn't make you want to settle in, let alone stay.
It's a pity, as the surrounding area is magnificent and this campsite could be a good "spot" for exploring the region.

  • An oasis of calm with everything you need, we enjoyed it very much. The pizza tastes very good.

  • To sum up, you're in a "classic" CAMPING for families (lots of children and noise), so if you're looking for a piece of land in a local's home to share and exchange with the host, you're clearly not in the right place...it also lacks privacy between the different pitches.
We were very surprised by a sign asking us to take off our shoes in the sanitary facilities (showers, toilets and sinks). I'm usually a very respectful person, but taking off my shoes to use the communal toilets is out of the question...
As for the price, it's excessive, 35€ for one night (and without electricity, which is extra).
Finally, this CAMPSITE is located in a very "natural" area, ideal for walks and hikes (it's a very beautiful region).
PS: it would also be interesting to update your photos on HomeCamper, as the current ones don't reflect the reality of the location.

  • Very nice family campsite

  • Our experience with you was perfect!

The setting, the place, the pool, the toilets, the restaurant with quality products, the daily visit of the cat and the dog, water and electricity are close by! The ground is grass, very pleasant for the family to play on.

Only drawback: far from everything, but not so problematic as the host has almost everything at his disposal.

Out of the 10 days we spent in France, and the different places we stayed, yours was in the top 1.

    Congratulations!

  • Small family campsite
    Very good welcome
The surroundings would have deserved a little more care
But it's the beginning of the season
We were the first customers of the year 2023
    Thanks for the salad

  • Calm and refreshing stay
The campsite is top, super clean.
    The pitches are large.
The teenagers and I loved these 3 nights in the heart of nature.
    Thank you Babeth

  • The place is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, perfect to recharge your batteries.

  • Very pleasant campsite.
Everything is done with taste and you can feel it as soon as you arrive.
    I highly recommend it.

  • A nice surprise as much by the site and its geographical position, as by the soul of this campsite with a team anxious to satisfy the campers, without forgetting the restaurant and its menu with its terrace in an idyllic framework of serenity.
A place to discover without moderation.

  • A nice little family campsite with a nice swimming pool. A nice place close to the river (which is low at this place). The pitch for our camper was a nice size. We appreciated the access to electricity, water and sanitary facilities. We thank you for your hospitality.

  • Very beautiful, quiet, wild and welcoming place. We spent a week there and we loved this little corner of the Roanne valley. The homemade pizzas proposed by Babeth and her family are delicious and the small bar-resto area is very warm. The spirit of the place inspires calm, well being and serenity, perfect for a disconnected vacation.
We will surely come back there.

  • It is not a garden but a small camping. For the rest, sumptuous setting, nice philosophy of the place and top services!

  • Wonderful place, everyone very nice and great breakfast ! ????????
Only downside, I should have booked directly through the campsite at the rate of 23 euros per night instead of going through home camper and paying 29 euros...

  • Perfect we will come back!

  • Hello,
We spent 3 days in this magical place and were able to recharge our batteries in an optimal way.
Babeth and all her family and her team received us with great kindness and quality.
Moreover, we particularly like the philosophy that was instilled and followed for this place.
We can only recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

    France and Pascal

  • We were well and we stayed there two nights.

  • why Homecamper ????
Nothing to complain about, but it's a simple campsite in fact.

  • Babeth's welcome was not friendly. The location of the campsite is very nice but there are no stores within 30 minutes. We thought we would find a haven of peace to rest after more than 800 km of driving and we were invaded by children who did not respect the calmness advocated by the charter of the campsite nor the intimacy of people. We thought we were in the middle of a playground where there was no parental supervision, not even from the campsite managers. In view of the situation, we shortened our stay (2 nights instead of 5!) and asked to be reimbursed at least for the cost of electricity, tourist taxes and our dog's overnight stay. This was curtly refused; Babeth just offered us to change our place but considering the noise, the whole campsite was impacted. In short, we found this reaction to be very poor. Now, this may be suitable for parents who want to let their children do what they want without worrying about it.

  • Very beautiful site but lack of honesty of the hosts because this place is really not adapted for the camping cars. For supplies, a small grocery store 5 km away! Lack of shady pitches, poorly maintained swimming pool. The host proposes a yoga class ...without specifying that it is paying and at the end of the class the teacher asks for 15 euros... really disappointed with our stay that I will not recommend to campers.

  • Very good welcome from Babeth in a very nice and quiet place; very relaxing.
As for the organic products offered, it is a pure marvel. It is a site that you should not ignore.

  • A beautiful campsite with roomy pitches and good on site amenities.
