Description

The bases of this mill date from the XIIth century, it was rebuilt just before the French revolution and heightened 100 years later.
Still functional, although momentarily deprived of water supply, it regularly crushes cereals.
The association of safeguarding organizes throughout the season (beginning of April at the end of October) various demonstrations with each time a baking of breads and viennoiseries carried out in the bakery contiguous to the mill.

  • We had a wonderful 1 night stay!

  • A welcome stop on the way to the GR210. Very welcoming owner, impeccable premises and idyllic setting. Recommend 100%.

  • Pleasant visit of the mill still in activity, the place is charming, the train in the vicinity does not pass at night, the ground becomes rather wet at dawn because of the river bordering the ground, access next to the tent to the toilets and to a tap.

  • Thank you for your great welcome, I had a great time despite the weather which was not ideal for a hike. I found the place charming and relaxing, close to nature, and the mill full of history. See you soon.

  • We highly recommend this mill and its outbuildings. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. We arrived for the baking of the bread and buns and it was particularly delicious, all washed down with a coffee brought to our table (lent by our hosts). No shower yet but it is planned.

We highly recommend this mill and its outbuildings. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. We arrived for the baking of fresh bread and brioches. It was particularly delicious, together with a coffee brought to our table (lent by our hosts). No shower yet but it's coming soon.
