Land 2 kilometers from a 4-lane network, making it an asset for access.

If there is only one family on the plot, I will leave you the key to the room where you can leave your personal belongings, bicycles or other items.

The setting

Quiet plot 2 minutes from the village with all amenities (crêperie, restaurants, supermarket, 24/24 station), peaceful setting, no noise, enclosed grounds planted with oak and chestnut trees, pets welcome (dogs, horses, grassy meadow at will), respectful of other residents.

Very large, easily accessible plot, very flat . grass mowed regularly . water available . no specific pitches . shade or sun . large camper vans . wifi in some parts of the plot

small room of about 50 square meters with terrace . can be used for dining or cooking
with fridge and large ventilated icebox, tables and chairs . cell phone charging , of course we can help you out with products (salt, pepper, etc.) and freezer ice , electric socket inside the room for cell phone charging ...for electricity a supplement of 2€ per 24 hours ...for toilet cassette emptying 2€ ...clean water filling 2€ ...if a gamper takes a water or electricity option, cassette emptying is free.

beaches a few km 10 a15km . golf 7km . visit Saint Malo . Dol de Bretagne . Dinan . le Mont Saint-Michel .Cancale , sea and pond fishing , swimming pool at st Malo, and many other activities . visit historical sites . shopping . and also lazing in the sun or playing on the field

EVERYONE IS FREE TO ENJOY THEMSELVES, WITH RESPECT FOR OTHERS.
Barbecue at your disposal, to be used only on the terrace, respecting safety rules.
for new arrivals, first go to my home which adjoins the plot but has another entrance N° 7 rue du four ès feins
anyone entering the grounds without authorization will be reprimanded or expelled.
