Description

A real old-fashioned campsite in the heart of a natural area!
Large pitches, fabulous views over wide open spaces. We don't allow cars on the site, which adds to the "wild" feel of outdoor camping. Children can roam freely, playing with the animals and their new friends.

The setting

A natural camping area in the grounds of a superb 15th-century Norman chateau.

The spots

25 pitches on a large, sunny plot on the edge of a small pond, with access to the private swimming pool.

The sanitary facilities

Separate sanitary facilities for men and women, with toilets and showers on the ground floor of the chateau.

The amenities

WIFI. Microwave and dishwashing area. Electricity and USB charging in sanitary facilities.

The activities

Indoor games room (ping pong, table soccer), swings, swimming pool, animals, badminton, soccer etc.

Other things

Supplements to be paid on site:
Kitchen shelters / Awnings = 8€ per night.
Barnum / Event shelter = 12€ per night.
Tents of 5 meters or more will be charged a supplement of 8€ per night.

Rules

Access is from 12pm to 6pm. If you wish to arrive later (before 8pm), please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Also, please let us know if you have a trailertent.

If you have very young children with difficulties at night, please let us know before booking. We have a limited number of single pitches.

Digital music is not allowed on the pitches. We love musical instruments. However, please respect the silence after 10 pm.

Campfires are allowed in the firepits we provide.

Tourist tax is also extra coast (0,20 euros per adult per night)

  • Great location and good vibe overall!
    However in the period we went there were a few false promises and disappointments: the restaurant/bar was closed, delivery of bread in the morning was cancelled mid-week (apart from that: fantastic service!) and the freezer with ice-cream was empty.

  • A great stay! Our hosts were very available, welcoming, always with a smile and very good advice on the must-sees of the region! We validate this address without hesitation! Thanks again Perrine and Thibault :-)

  • A very nice terrain with lots of different beautiful spots to pitch your tent. You will be followed by bird chatter everywhere you go :) All the amenities are there for a very comfortable stay and then some, although you must be ready to share them with the many other campers ;)

  • Very very good experience. Highly recommended. We were given a quick tour of the place and had a lot of freedom thanks to the trust of our hosts. They are very accommodating. They offered us pastries in the morning, made the BBQ available, etc... The setting is beautiful!
