Description

We welcome you to a large stabilized gravel lot, with lots of shade, and next to a stream.
The land is very quiet.
The access is easy from the street.

The setting

You have a view on the Champagne wine village.
You also have the possibility to go for a walk along the waterfront by private access from the plot.
Next to the space for vehicles, you have vegetation (grass, wood...).
The noise comes only from the cars passing on the road during working hours.

The spots

It is a flat stabilized field: it is the same level everywhere.
The field is in the shade all day long.
Spaces of about 3m x 4m per vehicle are possible.

The sanitary facilities are in total operation

The activities

We offer you the discovery of our profession of winegrower labeled "Vignobles et Découvertes", "Viticulture Durable en Champagne" and HVE in process of certification.
We organize guided tours as well as commented picnics in the vineyards.
Of course, we will welcome you with a glass of champagne that we produce on our family farm.
We are 10 km from Bar sur Aube where you will find all the local shops.

Other things

Around our wine village, you can discover our forests, our lakes and our hiking trails.
You will also find a wide variety of tourist and historical sites.
We are close to an amusement park and the city of Troyes.

Rules

The access to the ground can be done from 08h to 20h by digicode for the respect of the peace of the other occupants.
Smokers are accepted but no butts thrown anywhere.
The children are under the entire responsibility of the parents as well as the access to the games.
For a good understanding between all, calm and respect are welcome.
