Description

I offer pitches for your tent on the edge of a meadow with horses and two donkeys.
You can also come with your minivan.

The setting

View on the meadows and the forest of the thorn. The horses are right next to the tent sites, but we can move them away on request. The land is not fenced.

The spots

The pitches are on dirt for the moment, as we have just levelled the ground. They are surrounded by fruit trees (apple, cherry, plum). An electrical outlet and a water point are available.

The sanitary facilities

There are dry toilets which must be used. A shower and a small washbasin are at the disposal of the gampeurs.

The amenities

We provide a small kitchen (with gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes and pans). You will also find a small living room with books and board games for the children.

The activities

We are located 25 min from the Futuroscope.
Poitiers is 20 minutes away, with many visits and activities to do.
Hiking, fishing around La Boivre (river), the association Atout'âne can even offer you donkey rides or carriage rides.

Other things

For shops, 3 minutes by car or 15/20 minutes by bike, you will find a bakery and a bar/tabac in the village of Béruges.

For more important shopping you will have to go to Vouneuil/s Biard (Carrefour) or Fontaine le comte (lidl) in 10 minutes by car. Or to Poitiers sud for shopping (Auchan and other stores, Biocoop and producer's store) at 12/15 minutes by car.

Rules

*We count on you to stay with us and respect your environment. Especially with regard to the waste for which there are garbage containers at the end of the road (and even better, you can sort your waste), but also for the cigarette butts that we would not like to find on the ground after your passage.

*Dry toilets are provided: use is mandatory!

*Your pets are welcome, but as we have many animals, we are sure you will do your best to make sure everything goes smoothly! The property is not fenced, so please keep your dogs on a leash if they are runaways or unfamiliar with horses.
Respect for the animals: do not force them to be petted, do not give them food, and never ride them unaccompanied (horses and donkeys).

Thank you for leaving the facilities (kitchen, living room and toilets) in the same condition as when you arrived.
