Description

This is a primitive camp site that is rustic and secluded, tucked in the woods far away from the noise, pollution, and lights of any city.
It's the perfect site to rest, re-calibrate, and enjoy time outdoors, or to use as a base camp for other adventures.
There is lots of wildlife that roams the area; on clear nights, you can see the Milky Way Galaxy in all its glory; and there is a river nearby for canoeing, kayaking, or fishing, among other local attraction and outdoors activities, such as wineries, historic sites, state parks, places to shoot, and even an amusement park, all within a two to sixty minute drive away.

The setting

Resting in lush Missouri woodlands, the campsite is located off a scenic drive, on a hill above the Meramec River.
There are no small or large cities nearby, and depending on the season, there is little to (phone number hidden)noise, pollution, traffic, or people to bother campers who are seeking solace and time outdoors.

There are several spots to choose from on relatively flat land in a field bordering the woods, with varying installations of fire pits and basic amenities.
