Description

Located on 5 wooded acres, this graveled lot is surrounded by pine trees and oak brush for privacy. Room for 2 campers or several tents. Courtyard has a grill, fire pit, and picnic table. Horses are welcome.
We are located , 15 minutes from Chimney Rock National Monument, 20 minutes from Pagosa Springs Hot Springs, 45 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area, and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Durango Silverton Railroad. There are plenty a trails, fishing, and hunting within minutes.

The setting

Nestled under Broken Off peak, in a quiet neighborhood. We are frequently visited by local wildlife. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets as you watch the sun sink behind the mountains and count the stars as you cook smores by the fire.

The spots

Just a mile off Highway 160 with an easy to find driveway. Graveled flat lots. No dumping, water, or electricity. Not suitable for campers over 40 feet. Parking on site.

The sanitary facilities

None currently available. Guest supply their own power/water/ect., and must have self contained solid/liquid waste. Plans for portable toilets, and RV hookups.

Access to 3/4 acre electric fenced pasture for horses and feed for an additional cost. (During stay only)

In the summer fire hazard is higher depending on the amount of moisture we receive. During these times, we reserve the right to restrict camp fires and always ask you to be responsible with your smoking habits. (County restrictions)


Rules

We are in a family neighborhood and ask you to respect the homes around us. Quite hours 10 pm to 7 am.
Please remove all trash and waste. Leave it the way you found it !
Follow all county rules for fires.
You are responsible for the care and cleanup of your own horse. (We do have 2 goats and a mare on property.)

Dogs on a case by case basis, please ask.
