Rules

The package includes the cleaning of the rented spaces. However, please make sure not to leave the premises in disorder, by ensuring the arrangement of furniture, objects and dishes.
If the access to the kitchen and its equipment is included in the rental, it is asked however to clean them and to take back all food and drinks (the cleaning package does not include the dishes, nor the maintenance of the equipments such as the oven, the stove, the coffee machine, etc).

A deposit is required at the time of the inventory of fixtures, which will be returned to you once your event is over:
- the deposit is not cashed.
- The deposit must be given by bank check or cash, the day of the inventory of fixtures. Without the deposit, you will not be able to access the venue.
- the deposit will be returned at the time of the inventory of fixtures of exit.

Garbage cans are at your disposal. Thank you for respecting the rules of selective sorting in force: yellow garbage can for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging; green garbage can for household waste.

If your glass waste exceeds (number of bags) by (number of liters), please dispose of it by your own means.
No waste should be found in the outdoor areas adjacent to the venue.

The presence of a DJ is not allowed and music at low volume.

It is not allowed to smoke inside the place, only outside.
Cigarette butts must be put out in ashtrays (not on the ground) which will be moistened and then emptied into the garbage bags when you leave.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, for a rental without the possibility of retreat indoors, the postponement of an event by mutual agreement between the guest and the host is possible. It must be done 48 hours before the event, without additional costs.

Any nuisance considered as a neighbourhood disturbance or night-time noise may be punished by law with a fine of 450€, payable by the Guest occupying the premises at the time of the incident. The Host will have the option of charging the Guest for this amount or deducting it from the security deposit if applicable.

The Hirer agrees that none of his guests (including himself) will be recognized as a contact case or show any symptoms of COVID19 at the time of the event. The renter also agrees to comply with the government prescribed barrier measures to the maximum extent possible.
