Description

I propose you a place with a nice spot at 15 minutes from Montauban, in the middle of the nature but also very close to the city center of LAFRANCAISE.
The city is a very good stop, like a promontory in the heart of the Tarn et Garonne.

The setting

The land is located on a ridge with a view on the valley and on the chapel ND de LAPEYROUSE.
The place is very quiet, green (dense vegetation), peaceful and bright.
Only one house is close by without being stuck to the land.

The spots

The land dominates the valley and therefore the majority of the land is on a slope.
The terrace accessible by the road is easily passable by Van, Car and Camping car (Be careful with the height in summer with the vegetation).
As far as the caravan is concerned, although there is enough space, the exit maneuver is possible but not so easy depending on the size.
Some oaks will protect you from the sun and a light breeze by its situation will refresh you in summer.
