There may be residual noise/porch lights from the residents in the surrounding neighborhood, but overall the noise and light pollution are negligible.
The spots
When you put your tent up at The Campsite, you are staying on a generally flat, grassy area not directly next to trees and other vegetation. You are welcome to bring your vehicle to the site for setup/takedown, but will need to remove your vehicle prior to sundown.
The sanitary facilities
The Clubhouse is a communal building included with your reservation. The Clubhouse is open 24/7, with two bathrooms each including toilets and shower bathtubs. Towels will be available for each guest. There is also a small washer/dryer combo available for use.
The amenities
Included with your reservation is 24/7 access to The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is a space with a pool table, television room with comfortable seating, two bathrooms, dining area, and full kitchen. The kitchen includes use of the microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Please bring your own food, pots/pans, utensils, cutlery, and plates/bowls.
WiFi is provided for all guests, though you may have the best signal at The Clubhouse.
Electrical outlets are available at The Clubhouse. You are welcome to leave your devices to charge in The Clubhouse, though you accept all risks i.e., broken, lost, or stolen devices.

Leigh Acres is located in New Market, AL, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Huntsville. There are always things to do nearby, such as visiting the National Space and Rocket Center, Huntsville Botanical Gardens, and countless concerts and shows. There is live music every weekend seasonally at Leigh Acres featuring local bands, a monthly craft vendor market, and occasional holiday festivals. The venue is also available to rent for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, music festivals, and more!
