Description

Owners since June 2021, we fell in love with this farmhouse.

With 5500m2 of land, it's the perfect place to share and relax.

We're renovating the main house and trying to preserve the 7 outbuildings as much as possible, while maintaining the "garden".

Eventually, we'd like to set up a summer kitchen.

Ideal for

The setting

This is a large farmhouse with 7 buildings.
There's the classic U-shaped farmhouse. We're in a place called "lieu dit" with a house, so you can be sure that the setting is totally peaceful.

The site can be described as divided into 4 different parts!

There's the orchard, the U, the barn, and next to it the longère.

The sky is very clear when the weather's fine, and you can admire the fantastic constellations!

A lovely view from which to enjoy breakfast - in short, a place out of time!

We're just 15/20 minutes from Loches, the largest town for shopping and walking. It's a medieval town with a lot of charm!

1h from Tours, and almost all the chateaux of the Loire Valley :)

Also 45 minutes away is Angle sur Anglin, also a very, very pretty medieval village!

Nearby is the Indre, a small local river that's great for swimming if you know the local spots (which we can show you).

There's also the village of Le Grand Pressigny, home to the Musée de la Préhistoire.

Just 20 minutes away, you'll find the Haute touche zoological park, renowned for its natural beauty!

Montresor, one of France's most beautiful villages, is also 20 minutes away, as is Chedigny, the village of a thousand roses.

The spots

The site is very easy to access.
The terrain can be uneven, but it's easy to pitch tents. That said, we only have one shady spot: the orchard, which can accommodate 6 tents.

We have various covered and uncovered areas for caravans and minivans!

The sanitary facilities

We have an outdoor drinking water tap attached to the house.

You can access the shower from our house.

Dry toilets are available on the orchard side of the house!

The amenities

Electricity available.
No wifi.

Rules

Animals and children are your responsibility!

Please collect your garbage before leaving :)

Noise in the respect of the neighborhood!
