  • Dear Monsieur Alain,
    I want you to know that we didn't leave without saying anything. My husband rang the bell and was greeted by a young man. He asked him if we still had anything to settle! So yes, next time, to avoid any frustration on your part, I'd advise you to make it clear when each camper arrives that the shower (not used), swimming pool (used for 30 minutes), water (filled 2 bottles of water) and electricity (used for about 20 hours) are not included. We totally understand this. Poor communication and understanding. We apologize. Kind regards.
