1st plot of land 1 hectare, in the countryside.
At 100m, 2nd plot of land, natural area of 1 hectare with a stocked pond of about 20 ares.

The setting

In the countryside, land surrounded by hedges. This does not mean quiet, we have animals (chickens, ducks) and a neighbor farmer (tractors), sawmill, the sounds of the countryside.
But we are lucky to have a wonderful biodiversity in our eyes.

The spots

Access to the second plot with pond is not accessible by vehicle, only on foot at 100m from the first plot where our house is located.
