Description

Clinging to the heights of the Rhônelle valley, 45 minutes from Lille and 15 minutes from Valenciennes, in a small, peaceful village, our 4-hectare garden is a haven of peace ready to welcome you.

The setting

Set high up in a green setting, the property overlooks the Rhônelle valley. Part of the Avesnois Nature Park, it lies at the crossroads of renowned historical and tourist sites. The garden, bordered by hedgerows, is designed in the French spirit, with its symmetries, perspectives and surprises (labyrinth, vegetable garden, plant checkerboard, etc.).

The spots

The French garden is made up of copses and green rooms, each separated from the next. This provides privacy for campers. The garden is flat and easily accessible by vehicle.

The sanitary facilities

Independent dry toilets are available. Mains cold water is available on request.

The amenities

Electricity supply outside. An extension cord is required if you want electricity on your pitch.
An enclosed meadow is available for horses (our mare is already there).

  • The garden is beautiful and quiet.
    Given the 30 to 32° during my stay, I set up in the shade near the pond over which many dragonflies fly, but there are several other pleasant places to camp on the site.
