Description

Our garden is available for one or two tents.

It's an enclosed plot, with independent access and very few neighbours. You'll have 24-hour access to a cold drinking water supply, as well as an electrical outlet (use restricted to recharging batteries or for a lamp not supplied).

We have a dog (Husky) and a cat who will be in the garden regularly. No risk to you or your belongings, but they do like to make new friends.

If you wish, you can bring your car in if you don't want to use it during your stay.

Inflatable mattress, arbour to protect from sun and rain and breakfast available at extra cost.

The setting

Quiet neighborhood, very little traffic, dark garden at night (with motion-sensor light).

The spots

(Almost) flat garden with mown grass. Little shade, but we can provide an arbour to protect your tent (extra charge).

The sanitary facilities

Cold drinking water outside, possibility of using the sanitary facilities when we are present.

The amenities

WIFI, but unstable at the bottom of the garden because of the distance. 4G/5G with strong signal. Electrical socket available in your tent (extension lead).

The activities

Shops, climbing gym, restaurants, tobacconist's less than 10 minutes' walk away. The rest of Le Mans is accessible by public transport (bus stop nearby).

Other things

Presence of a cat and a dog (Husky), suitable for adults and children.

Rules

You can access the grounds 24 hours a day, provided you respect the peace and quiet of all concerned.
Smokers are welcome, but no cigarette butts are allowed in the garden.
The garden may not be used as a toilet.
We have a 4-year-old daughter, so all her outdoor toys can be used if you are staying with children.
