Description

With its tropical climate, magnificent coastline and breathtaking hinterland, Reunion Island is a dream come true. A couple of long-distance travelers have put down their suitcases and invite you to share their current lifestyle in the heart of a tropical garden.

The setting

6,000 M2 fenced property with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Magnificent sunset. A little paradise on Earth. Numerous endemic species are planted on the property.
We're surrounded by fields of cane and letchis. In other words, absolute peace and quiet.

The spots

The site is fairly flat and easy to access for a small CC. No problem for tents.
Fairly shady depending on the rotation of the sun.
The site overlooks the sea.

The sanitary facilities

Electricity, water, independent fridge, Internet.
Sanitary facilities and shower to be shared with owners.
Outside sink for washing up.

The amenities

An infinity pool with sea views is available by day only.

The activities

We're just a 10-minute drive from Grande Anse beach, in the wild south of the island. Numerous hiking trails are available with your own vehicle.

Other things

In season, we sell pineapples, letchis, avocados, papayas from our garden and eggs from our chickens.

  • We had a great time. The place is very pleasant with a beautiful garden, chickens, a nice view and a swimming pool which was a big plus.
Beware, however, of the many ants in the lawn, just bring your shoes :)
    Access to wc, bathroom, fridge.
The village is a 2-minute drive away for restaurants and takeaways.

  • It was a wonderful interlude in a magnificent setting with very welcoming hosts. I can't wait to go back.

  • Great night at Marc and Damayanti's place!
Great welcome, very interesting people (great travellers !!)
A magnificent setting, an incredible pool, it's top

  • Excellent welcome from Damayanti and Marc,
We spent a night in a tent with my dad, very welcoming despite the post-cyclone situation, we were able to enjoy the pool and the garden. We'll be back with great pleasure, and I hope to see you soon.

  • Incredible stay with Damayanti and Marc! They welcomed us with great kindness. Despite the heavy rain, they did everything they could to shelter us. We left with our hearts full and the desire to spend time with them again.

  • We spent two days in a heavenly setting, with breathtaking views!
They gave us a warm welcome and came to pick us up in the village, as the house is not easy to find.
Marc and Damayanti are very generous, the only downside being the ants that sting our feet in the lawn. We were in tents, so we were often barefoot.

  • Damayanti and Marc gave us a warm welcome. We had a wonderful time with them, full of conviviality and sharing. Thanks again for everything! It was great!

  • My companion and I are delighted with the night we spent in their garden.
We were able to chat with our hosts, who were very welcoming and attentive.
Don't hesitate if you're in the area!
