The setting

The Courtineau valley is located in the communes of Saint-Epain and Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine, in the Indre-et-Loire département. It is one of Touraine's most beautiful troglodyte valleys. Six kilometers long, it boasts numerous troglodytic dwellings, water mills, washhouses...

Large 9000m2 plot, bordered by a small stream, shady pitches.
Easy access, flat terrain (access via a slight slope).
Calm, tranquility and relaxation will be the themes of your stay.

Petanque court, pond and stream alongside the grounds (fishing available with your own equipment).

Please note that there is no drinking water or electricity on the plot.
