Description

Different locations are possible, depending on the type of rental. Part of the garden is fenced with a gate for vehicles, and part is wooded for tents, with tables under the trees. All completely independent of my accommodation.

The setting

Just outside the village, a quiet, natural setting. Trees, plants and birds are part of the scenery. A secondary road nearby, but without much traffic, linking Saint Jean d'Angély to Cognac (small towns).

The spots

The fenced-in area is sunny, with morning shade. The wooded area is shady and cool. All on flat, easily accessible ground. No size restrictions for vehicles.

The sanitary facilities

Access to sanitary facilities in my accommodation (shower, bath, washbasin, toilet). Dry toilets outside. Water and electricity available on rented plots (extra charge).

The amenities

Wifi close to my home. 4G network set up in the commune. My kitchen is available + I can provide a gas stove and crockery. As I live nearby, I can provide everything you may need for everyday life (as between neighbors).

Available: 5 bicycles, tennis rackets, canoeing, billiards, darts, piano, guitars, pétanque, shuffleboard, molky.
Children's games: trampoline, swings, scooters.
Tennis, ping-pong and pétanque courts in the village.
Fishing pond 500m away.
20 minutes by car from Cognac, 30 minutes from Saint Jean d'Angély and Saintes, towns of character rich in heritage, many activities available.
