Description

Hello, we'd like to share with you this plot of land on which we'll soon be growing crops and putting up beehives next year, as well as enlarging the pond to make a small one. We've got quite a few projects in the pipeline.

The setting

The plot is located in the middle of nature, ideal for recharging your batteries. You'll be able to see animals and hear birds singing, and at the moment there's no electricity, but there is a borehole.

The spots

At the entrance to the site, we have a 150 m² platform for motorhomes and caravans, so there's no problem for tents to set up wherever they like.

The sanitary facilities

We've just acquired the land, so for the moment there are no toilets.

The amenities

Currently no equipment, back to basics ahah

The activities

Right next to the site there's an FMS Carp pond for enthusiasts, nearby we have the South Zone of La Roche sur Yon and its stores and on the other side the Sea Jard sur mer, Les Sables d'Olonne...
