Description

A part of my garden is on offer.

The setting

Close to a busy street, you're nevertheless in a quiet location.

You're in an area that's very windy at the moment (during November), but warm from 8:30/9 a.m. on sunny days.

The spots

The terrain is flat.
There is no shade.
Access is via a key placed in a secure box at the small gate. The combination to open this secure box will be given to you after your reservation.

The maximum dimensions for a two-person tent are 5 m2.

The sanitary facilities

The toilets are dry toilets, installed a stone's throw from the pitch.

The thermal pressure shower-bag is installed on the covered terrace.

You can shower in the open air, or in the shower tent at the end of the garden just before the covered terrace.
There are no neighbours.

Cold drinking water can be taken from a corner of the open terrace.

The amenities

For internet :
The WiFi code will be sent to you by message.

Electricity:
You have an extension cord and an outlet accessible from an outside corner of the house's kitchen.

The activities

I recommend taking a stroll in the surrounding parks (Monséjour, Stéhélin, Bourran, Bordelais...) and the Stéhélin and du Jard stadiums.

The Stéhélin stadium has a library.

Around the proposed site, you'll find a number of shops.

Other things

Buses run regularly every day on rue fragonard and rue Stéhélin to take you to Bordeaux city center and beyond.

Rules

You can smoke, but you store your cigarette butts until you throw them away.

You have two garbage cans on the parking lot side that you can use.

On the covered terrace side, there's a chwupa chupps logo can that doubles as a glass garbage can.

The easiest way to dispose of glass is to take it to the nearby pharmacy (less than 5 minutes' walk). There are recycling bins there, at the bus stop towards Bordeaux center (in front of collège monsejour).

The green garbage can is taken out to be emptied on Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning.

The black garbage can is emptied on Wednesday evenings for Thursday mornings and on Sunday evenings for Monday mornings.
