Description

On the edge of the pond with views over the countryside, enjoy our enclosed grounds.

The setting

We welcome you in a small and dynamic village with many services.
Our plot is located at the back of our residence, but you'll be far enough away to enjoy total privacy.
Here all is calm and pleasure....

The spots

You'll set up in the middle of our fruit trees, close to the garden along a waterhole that is home to many birds and fish.
You'll be far from neighboring dwellings.
We favor quality over quantity, so you'll have plenty of room...

The sanitary facilities

A separate chemical toilet is available in a specially equipped tent.
A can of drinking water is available on request at no extra charge.

The amenities

A barbecue is available on request, as is a picnic area under our large walnut tree.

The activities

From here, you have access to the village's shops: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office, takeaway pizza, restaurant and health center with doctors and physiotherapists.
Numerous opportunities for hiking in the forest or in the Meuse valley, near the famous Vent des Forêts.
You're just 20 minutes from Lac de Madine (fishing, sailing, canoeing, pedalos, sailing, hiking, swimming, golf, horse-riding, accrobranche...). Discover World War I memorial sites with the Saint Mihel salient 15 minutes away and the Verdun battlefield 25 minutes away.
From here, you're just 1 hour's drive from Nancy, Metz and Reims.

Other things

Relax on the edge of our gravel pit to the sound of birdsong and watch our carp and other fish.

Rules

Access is from the rear of the property via a crushed limestone path used by other residents.
Dogs are welcome, but roaming is prohibited.
The presence of the gravel pit means that children must be supervised with the utmost caution.
Sorting bins are available to help keep our little paradise clean.
